This weekend the prediction was unstabel, so I crossed my fingers there would be enough wind today. When I woke up I saw a 12-15 m/s on the Hoek van Holland messurign point
On the way to Ouddorp I though my choice would be between the 4,7 and the 5,2, but on arrival the wind was less then expected. Also pretty messy waves.. Brouwerdam is always flat and I like waves so we decided to go a bit more south at "hekje" to see if it was cleaner there. Ronald joined us.
At hekje the shorebreak was cleaner and looked friendlier, but the wind was around 10 m/s..I decided to rigg the 5,8 and Ronald a 5,5..Steps took his 9meter kite
On the water we could just get through the shorebreak, the wind was almost right on-shore (a little side on), so it was difficult..but with my experiance :) After the shorebreak the wind was also gusty but okay, it would have been nice if the wind was more steady and stronger.
All together I played nicely with the wave, made some good jumps, so it was a nice session!!
