Swell: 3m S @ 8-10s Tide: H 1.23m @ 12:47pm Wind: 20-30kn S

Very strong S-SW wind. Decided to go to Warriewood for a bit of protection from the wind. There was a bit of swell, giving 4-5 foot waves, some up to 6 foot+ on the face. Waves were a bit bumpy due to the mostly cross shore wind. Went out on my 6'6 board today - first time I've used it in ages. Felt very uncoordinated and basically had a crap session. Only caught a few ok rides, with most of my waves resulting in various wipeouts including a few over the falls screwups.

A poor session due to lack of coordination today.
