Some fairly big and heavy surf at south narrabeen. Around 4-5 foot, and typical for south narra the waves were on that verge between hollow barrel and total closeout. Caught a few waves and got crunched, another few I managed the drop but not much more. At the end I caught a wave, just about made the drop and copped the wave lip on the head, then got tossed violently absolutely smashing my arm on my board. The result: broken board and severely bruised and numb right arm. faaaaarrrrrkkkkk. As I came back in, this guy in the carpark tells me "gee, you took a heavy wipeout on that last one". No kidding!
