11°C, sunny, very little wind from North that gradually increased to wind from North West, and some knee high waves. I parked at P2 near the cabin of the lifegards, like last time at MV2 and expected that Dirk would also be there. At the water the sets were knee high, and the bank was too deep to create breaking waves. Still rideable, but I saw better waves upwind. I paddled along to coast while catching a wave, when a set came in. Continued until between P5 and P6, because the waves turned into beach brake. Halfway the route the surf was the best, so I went there for some more surfing. Later Dirk came to me and told me he was at P6, because usually the waves are better.
