out with the modded drops quad in dying winds.. compared "*board" config (bigger fins front, smaller back) with twinzer mode (small front fins and bigger backfins). first config was not so good upwinds, but smooth to turn. second one was better upwinds and had more directional drive, the one i like more yet! then the disaster!!! tried the tfc 14cm sym in twin fin only mode and didn't manage to get good accelleration and speed - was it the wind? to find out, i changed to the custom 15cm twinsers, that were already very very good with my 75l proof board. and again, fast speed, turbo accelleration yet very loose! hmm, must be the outline - gotta work on the fins..
