Banjo County riding sesh

Wind Direction: SW Wind Strength:   using 5.1 - 5.5m sail. Swell Direction: SW Swell Size: Tide: Mid - Rising.

Early morning dash from London to Banjo County...spit....'ding'...to score a classic Pagham riding sesh Some nice boom-to-head-high waves and cross-shore with the mid tide on the push. Rigged a 5.0 and 84 twin and launched at 10:30. The wind was easing but the waves were very clean and really fun to ride DTL in a slow Shingleshire softcock kinda way. There is a reasonable long period ground swell out there which is why the swell today kept working when the wind was dropping.

I scored a load of waves which set up for three linked up bottom/top turns and some waves even had a lip to smack. I love Paggers when it does that.

A very fun hour and a half at Pagham in clean waves and just enough wind for 5.0 and 84 combo. The wind dropped at 12:30 right on forecast which was a bummer.

1 thumb up!
