Yup - it was Bonkers . Bailed to Pagham and rigged a 4.0 and 74L twinny and it was nuking WSW and cross-offshore. The better waves were solid head high with frequent 'close to' half masters. I only managed about an hour as the wind picked up even more and I found myself unhooked sheeted out and totally out of control hurtling towards shore with forearms exploding. Scored a few waves but it was getting on for as windy as the other weekend.

One dude did a sweet pushloop right over me as I was sailing in and setting up a ride!

Gave up as too windy to be able to do much other than survive but wondered it that would be a mistake - it was! Around 2pm the wind dropped and steadied up and the sun came out and Pagham look sweet! The tide was high but there were some great waves breaking and some logo MoFos getting in and breaking well!
