My girlfriend, her two boys, a college friend of mine and my girlfriend's father, and I went skiing (or snowboarding) for the afternoon. The conditions were pretty good for New England. We didn't see too much ice. :-) I had a blast helping my girlfriend's youngest get a little better at linking his turns on the snowboard!!
