Found a spot near Lyall Bay which may have escape the southerly breeze. Entered the water and saw the vis was shocking probably because there had been a southerly all week. Thought what the hell I need to to do some exercise, just means I can't see Noah coming.
Kept on going for half an hr, thought well might as well turn around, but just then the vis cleaned up. I saw a huge Butter amongst the kelp. Normally I can't be bothered shooting fish as I have gut them. This one was a special as he was big!!! Sure enough he was coming home for tea
While there I found a whole stack of legal sized paua and enough to get next time.
Found a numerous crays. Do ya think I could catch those slippery .... No. Probably all of them were undersized.
Headed home with tea. Definitely going there next time
