Great flat water spot, if not a bit gusty sometimes.

needs a bit of southerly to work properly, or else it's straight onshore.

There is not too much room to launch and land, you definately need someone to help you with this given the proximity to the road and houses.

Gets very very busy in Summer, and in Winter you're not allowed to kite here.
